I spilled almost an entire bottle of water onto the keyboard of my M1 MacBook Air. The screen went black, it would not start. I had not backed up my data for over a year (lazy and stupid). He didn’t turn away a futile case that required immense time and effort to revive – he is a Dr in every sense of the word. Any comment saying that his reviews are bought or fake are simply not true, and I am a testament to that.

Anan was very prompt in responding to initial phone inquiry. Did what I considered a challenging job, so quickly we were done in less than forty minutes.

Transferred vital documents and pass words etc very effectively from old to new lap top. A job done previously with HP support requiring two hours on the phone and still a poor result.

I Called Anand from the tech dr, needed to setup my messed up computer from scratch . On Phoning the tech dr , He arrived on time being reliable and totally thorough in his commitment. At all times Anand was polite and consummate professional skilful at his job.
