This is not a direct bad review at the store! However I just went to the store to purchase a drone that my some has chosen for his birthday which is still on offer on the sites headers however the sale actually ended yesterday and although it is stated in the header it’s not something I noticed until I arrived at the store. I’m totally gutted as I don’t have the access funds right now to make up the additions 100 odd dollars. I’m sure a clever clogs will dismiss my rant but I really needed to share my disappointment. I did contact the helpline and they just shrugged it off to an it problem and said they’ll ask to get it sorted. My biggest upset is the wasted 30 minute drive and the embarrassment of not being able to afford to buy my son the gift he has asked for.

I hope that JB sees this and can be more pro active with their website management.

Didn’t get hassled by someone when I entered the place, I mean by them them greeting me.

Staff weren’t on their phones or standing around talking about the latest episode of whatever, they seemed active like they were doing what they are paid to do.

I could just walk past the first 20 meters of distrations to get to the gaming and DVD sections, no staff member bothered me.
I liked that, (I know what I’m about. )

I found they had the whole series box sets of Parks and Recreation plus Breaking Bad Bad for $99.00 each.

Had such amazing service from Emily and Alexandra (Alex). They helped me replace a faulty item. I feel like Emily went above and beyond to get it all organised. and this was the second occasion that I have been served by Alex (only just learnt her name) provided some of the best customer service and product advice that I have recieved in a long time. I really hope JB recognise such good team members because this kind of service is super hard to find now.
