These guys are amazing. Went above and beyond to help me out when no one else would. I’d rund 7 places including the company i bought the computer from and no one would help me. Fixed my problem in 30 seconds and didn’t want payment coz it was literally 30 seconds.
But this saved my day as it was stopping my work laptop from running. He asked me to let him know when i got home that it worked as i didn’t bring the necessary things so he could test there.
He actually cared enough to want to know it was working. Not many good peeps out there like these guys.
Highly recommend. In an industry of dodgy crew and scams, these guys are a shining light.
Woeful experience & to be avoided
The proprietor should consider spending less time having chemical peels & more time learning customer service. Arriving at work
on time, not late as people wait out front also a good starting point. Grossly over confident at a minimum. Fixed my item in a way that enabled it prone to breaking a 2nd time. Advised me then to oder parts which they then used to NOT fix the issue, lastly advised after all this that I had wasted their time. Utterly unbelievable, utterly woeful, utterly WOKE Fix your customer service!!

Absolutely impressed with the product and service I received from TLiRepair Frankston. Caine is incredibly skilled and efficient, completing the job in next to no time with an after hours call-out.
